SEFA, in collaboration with Enersave Capital, is delivering a targeted training programme for the Global ESCO Network, supporting the development of bankable energy efficiency markets in Mauritius.

The programme brings together ESCOs, public authorities, financial institutions and end clients to build a shared understanding of Energy Performance Contracting (EPC), Energy-as-a-Service models, and the financial and policy frameworks required to scale energy efficiency investment.
