The LIFE GEARUP project consortium will meet in Dublin, Ireland, for its annual consortium meeting, bringing partners together to review progress and prepare the next phase of project implementation.

GEARUP is developing a new market framework that turns measured energy savings into a certified, investable energy resource, helping make energy-efficiency projects more transparent, bankable and scalable. The project is currently advancing its technical pilots, performance-verification approach and commercial model, while engaging building owners, ESCOs, financiers and other market actors.

The Dublin meeting will provide an opportunity for partners to assess progress across the project, review lessons emerging from the pilots and align on the next steps for demonstrating the technical and commercial value of the GEARUP framework.

For SEFA, the meeting will also support our work on independent certification, market engagement and building confidence among investors and project owners in performance-based energy-efficiency investment.
