The LIFE NEW PACE project consortium will meet in Madrid, Spain, bringing together partners to review progress on the development and piloting of PACE Canon, the project’s Property-Linked Finance model for building energy renovation.

The meeting will focus on the next steps for adapting the model to the Spanish legal and market context, engaging with financial institutions and other market actors, and preparing the pathway towards testing and market uptake.

For SEFA, the meeting will be an important opportunity to support the project’s work on stakeholder engagement, market readiness and the mobilisation of private capital for deep energy renovation.
