GEAR-UP is an innovative, performance-based model to help building owners, financial funds, technology providers and ESCOs verify results, reduce risk and improve returns; enabling you to achieve more impact with the same or fewer resources. The project team has funding from the European Commission to independently verify your upgrades’ performance, support contracting and a range of other enabling measures, such as facilitating finance and commercial outreach.
